How people engage at work depends on the structure of the workplace.

Workplace structures are, of necessity, changing. Many of the changes are ad hoc. The support for team engagement that used to come from simply sharing the same physical space is no longer available. This absence highlights the ever present need for the team's functional coherence, including its sense of identity, mission and esprit de corps, to be developed consciously.

As facilitators we offer wisdom and presence to support your team or organization in uncovering hidden capacities and underutilized intelligence to inform new ways of working together and discovering previously unseen possibilities. Next steps naturally become clear.

This work is customized to respond to the needs of your team or organization, and may include a 2 or 3 day immersion in the Enneagram of Synergy.

The process that we have developed, the Enneagram of Synergy, is uniquely suited to conscious work. It is comprehensive in that it calls out the best in each individual and focuses on the nine key areas of group functioning that optimize self-organization. At the same time, it is simple, natural and uncomplicated, a reflection of its deep alignment with fundamental principles. Each piece of the work unfolds in a specific sequence wherein work in one area naturally calls for and supports work in the next. This process results in:

  • Discovering and developing a deeper sense of place and belonging, enlivening full participation.

  • Optimizing effective functioning of the workforce (hybrid, distributed or in situ).

  • Collaboratively designing structures and behaviors that lead to team engagement and success.

Our primary offering is The Enneagram of Synergy. This process makes visible what needs to be included in order to move effectively as a team and to create what the team is tasked to accomplish. This exploration reveals structures, unmentionables, competing commitments or hidden dynamics so that they may be addressed consciously.

When a team does not have this clear seeing, they may experience symptoms of lethargy, disconnection, loss of energy, going through the motions, complaining, frustration, turnover, and resignation.

Once a team engages with the Enneagram of Synergy℠ and clearly sees the obstacles in the way of reaching their objectives, the path forward is revealed. They innately know what to do next. The Enneagram of Synergy℠ catalyzes this process of discovery, visibility and innate knowing by:

How We Work

The Enneagram of Synergy (EoS) is not a formula or a pre-determined recipe - it is a process that supports discovery and uncovering a new way of seeing, perhaps better said, new eyes. In this process, we offer experiences that work with all three of our intelligences - our mental, emotional and kinesthetic awareness. It’s only through engaging with this process that one can realize the benefits. Although it may sound mysterious to talk about it, in practice it is transparently accessible.
