We come from diverse backgrounds and expertise including the Enneagram of Process, the Enneagram of Personality, Systems and Field Theories, Learning Organizations, Adult Development, Integral Theory and Organizational Development.

The Enneagram of Synergy℠ provides a precise pathway for effective navigation of the living, and often messy, process of manifestation. It fosters alignment with the underlying laws of nature, resulting in effective, adaptive structures for desired business outcomes.

We are excited to bring this substantial and formative work to the world.

N’SHAMA STERLING values inquiry, self-reflection, and compassionate listening as the core of her work with the Enneagram. Deeply immersed in the art and practice of spiritual guidance, her holistic approach, wisdom, and intuition supports deepening learning and transformation as part of the journey of the soul.

N’Shama holds an undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering from Gonzaga University, and a master’s degree in Applied Behavioral Science from LIOS (Leadership Institute of Seattle, City University).  She is a graduate of the Trifold School for Enneagram Studies EPTP (Enneagram Professional Training Program) taught by Helen Palmer and Dr. David Daniels and has been a certified Enneagram teacher since 2002.

Retired from The Boeing Company, where she fostered organizational health by facilitating fundamental shifts in thinking and behavior, N’Shama continues to use Systems Thinking as a robust framework from which to catalyse changes in consciousness, enabling individuals and groups to create and realize the results they truly desire.  

DAVID MARTIN is a physician and healer, organizational consultant and teacher. The context for his work: as living beings, we are process; we are all our relations, inner and outer. His work removes blockages, opens the natural spaciousness, and connects clients with intrinsic sources of energy, motivation, clarity and rapport. 

David has a background in systems engineering, neurosciences, medicine and psychology, receiving his M.D. from Harvard and M.I.T. He has sought out practical and effective systems for understanding and developing healthy and conscious functioning in individuals and groups. He is developed in and has been recognized as having the place to represent in practice and/or teaching the Worsley lineage of the Classical Five-Element healing tradition, Zhong Yuan Qigong of Xu Mingtang, the Focusing practice of Eugene Gendlin, and Life-Nourishing Communication (an offshoot of the work of Marshall Rosenberg). He has been facilitating individuals and groups in working with the enneagram of personality since 1987 and with its integration with the enneagram of process since the early 1990’s.                                                                                                 DavidRMartinMD.com

MARTHA HAMILTON supports the emergence of unique individuals, bringing more of their latent capacities online. Her focus includes transformation, adult development and the healing of early developmental trauma. She is an uncommon blend of rational and intuitive, strategic and visionary.

She has quite a varied background, which often supports clients in their varied lives. CPA, Executive Director, Meditator, Student of Life and the broader movements, Pre and Peri Natal Attachment Psychology, Timeless Wisdom Training. As a NARM Master Practitioner, and having completed the NARM Post-Master Class training, Martha brings unique and quite effective approaches to her work, whether with individuals or groups.
